Go Ian go!

I am a lurker and not a commenter. I have nothing witty or enlightening to add.

But I stand behind all of you on this.

Solidarity, bro (and Tessa). We are with you 100%.

Hey, you guys be careful. I doubt that the strike will a kumbayah experience for all involved. I don't have any strike experience of my own, but I still clearly remember when my elementary school teachers went on strike, and it was UGLY. Watch out for Lucy, especially.

Hang in there - I hope you get what you're asking for.

Ian, without a detailing of your personal finances, are you at liberty to comment on the percentage of your income that was derived from screenwriting? It was always my understanding that you and Tessa were getting closer and closer to "breaking out" but had not yet gotten that lucky "revenue-earning" break. Is that a correct assumption or not?

What's the mood of the troops and how long are they ready to go? And do you find it encouraging the folks like Tina Fey and Jay Leno were out there supporting the picketers?
