North by Northwest (1959)

Almost always over-the-top and full of the surreal touches that grace any masterpiece, "North by Northwest" is easily one Hitchcock's most fun movies. Wracked with Freudian imagery, silly chase scenes and the where-the-hell-am-I protagnonism that Hitchcock cashed his checks for, it's up there with "Rear Window" and "Notorious." Go, go go. With Cary Grant and Eva Marie Saint.
